Player Evaluations

REMINDER - Player Evaluation Nights are held annually in early June.  Each age group for Mixed U10, U12 and U14 and Girls U10, U12 and U14 hold separate evaluations on individual evenings at Glavin Fields.

Sign-in begins at 5:00 p.m. and runs to approximately 5:45 p.m.  The evaluations begin at 6:00 p.m. and end at 8:00 p.m. (BRING WATER)

The evaluations are based on the SYS selection policy.

Important Reminders:

• If a player is transitioning age groups in the fall, he/she should tryout for the age group that they will be in the fall (not the age group he/she is currently in).

• If a player is injured, he/she must still register, provide a doctor’s note, and send an email to the Age Group coordinator notifying him/her of the intent to play in the Fall/Spring Season.

• If there is a mandatory school conflict, he/she must still register and send an email to the Age Group coordinator notifying him/her of the intent to play in the Fall/Spring Season.

• Any player wishing to play travel in the fall MUST pay and be registered PRIOR to their AGE GROUP's evaluation night.

• A player MUST attend the player evaluation if he/she wishes to be placed on a D1/D2 travel team.

• Players not playing in the fall, but planning to play in the spring and who wish to be placed in D1/D2 MUST attend player evaluation night. This will allow the player a possibility of being placed in the appropriate division IF a spot becomes available.

• All BOYS teams are defined as MIXED and GIRLS have the opportunity to try out for both BOYS/MIXED and GIRLS teams.
