SYS Parents,

As we begin to prepare for the Spring 2026 season, and in an effort to get as many players on teams with coaches set prior to season, SYS is implementing an incentive to coach. Any person who volunteers and is selected to be a head coach for Spring 2026, will receive a credit to a future registration (One credit per coach per Season)

In order to receive a credit, each coach would need to complete the steps as described below:

• Complete all required SafeSport online trainings (Fall 2025 certificate would be valid for Spring 2026)

• Complete all required Concussion training (Fall 202 certificate would be valid for Spring 2026)
• Attend or have representation for team at pre-season coaches meeting
• Attend or have representation at pre-season Coaches training
• Complete end of season team evaluation for all rostered players within one week of Season completion. (Grade 2 and up only)

If you volunteer upon registration the Age Group coordinator for the group you wish to volunteer will be reach out to you in January with specific information as to dates, as well as team info.
